Toyota Pavilion at Concord opened in May 1975 as a home for the Concord Jazz Festival, founded by Carl Jefferson (pictured above). Our stage has been graced by jazz legends like BB King, Pearl Bailey, Peter Nero, Ella Fitzgerald, Oscar Peterson, George Shearing, Carlos Santana, and Concord’s own, Dave Brubeck.

Toyota Pavilion at Concord welcomed Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers during their 1987 tour, where the crowd rocked out to favorites such as 'American Girl' and 'Refugee'.

Tina Turner launched the North American segment of her 'What's Love? Tour' at Toyota Pavilion at Concord, featuring chart-toppers such as 'What's Love Got to Do with It' and 'Proud Mary' on the setlist.

Stevie Wonder performed to a sold out crowd on Toyota Pavilion at Concord's stage in support of his "A Wonderful Summer Night's Dream Tour".

Toyota Pavilion at Concord hosted Lights On Festival, curated by Bay Area native artist H.E.R. “Concord Pavilion is the ultimate venue. It is the perfect place to bring people from all over the Bay. I have many memories watching shows and DREAMING I’d be able to perform there. The Bay Area is my home…..it’s a dream come true to host my festival there”.
